Allyson (Ally) Johnson is multi-dimensional practitioner in natural medicine, as a clinical nutritionist with an Ayurveda and Chinese medicine background and a western herbalist, and personal training foundation. Dr. Shadfar graduated with a doctorate in Pharmacology from The University of Minnesota in 2004 (one of the top three ranked pharmacy schools in the US). Her performance during her training secured her a prestigious one year Pharmacy Practice Residency at the world renowned Mayo Clinic. Having obtained her Mayo Residency Certificate, Dr. Shadfar undertook a challenging position at Orlando Health Hospital—a leading trauma care facility with close ties to the world-renowned MD Anderson Cancer Institute Center—as a Clinical Pharmacist. During those six years, she gained valuable training and expertise in providing patient-specific Pharmaceutical Care, as well as obtained a consulting license from the State of Florida, specifically for Long Term Care.
Currently Dr. Shadfar works as a Pharmacy Manager in North Vancouver, BC. She believes in practicing excellent pharmaceutical care through partnership with other Health Care Professionals.
