This delicious smoothie is light, fresh and incredibly colorful, making it one of our favourite ways to give the kids their daily dose of Samuraw Organic Complete!

 

We know blueberries and bananas are always a good choice when it comes to kids, they are sweet, tasty and full of color. To add to this, including spinach and Greek yogurt will give your smoothie a rich silky taste that is also high in fiber and protein, win win!

And don't forget, on top of all that goodness, one tiny scoop of Samuraw Organic Complete will add 24 nutrients derived exclusively from organic fruits and vegetables plus the most effective probiotic clinically proven to support optimal health in kids and teens.

Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie
+ Samuraw Organic Complete

 

Yields: 1 smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of organic unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup of organic baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup organic Greek Yogurt*
  • 1 scoop of Samuraw Organic Complete

 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If it is too thick, add more almond milk until the smoothie has the consistency you like.

 

Notes:

*For a vegan option, try using a plant-based yogurt like cultured coconut or almond milk yogurt.

We find the bananas and bluberries make this smoothie sweet, but if you find your family needs it to be a little sweeter, we would suggest adding 1 teaspoon of organic honey.
